Value Passport is now an account based rewards program. While the former Elite Rewards Club was a card based system, the new account based value passport program allows you to...

• Log in with a username and password instead of your last name and card number. This will allow you to log in even if you don't have your card with you.
• Add points to your account with your receipt information should you forget to use your card.
• Update your personal information (phone, email and mailing address) online.
• Enhanced card management.

Program rules & regulations:

1. Sizzling Platter Value Passport points are awarded for purchases made at any full service Sizzling Platter, LLC-owned restaurant (Little Caesars and Dunkin Donuts are currently not a part of the program), paid by cash, credit card, or check. Points are not awarded for payments made with Rewards Certificates. In compliance with state liquor laws, points may NOT be earned on the purchase of alcoholic beverages, tax, or gratuities. For each dollar spent on food or non-alcoholic beverages or mercantile, one point will be awarded on the subtotal of your purchase.
2. Value Passport cards and Rewards Certificates have no cash value. No cash or credit refunds will be given for partial use. Award certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
3. Sizzling Platter, LLC reserves the right to modify the Value Passport Rules and Regulations or end the program at any time without notice, and to change the rewards structure and points required for awards at any time, without advance notice.
4. To earn points, your Value Passport card must be presented at the time of payment.
5. Points may be awarded on gift card purchases. However, during the holiday season when $5 bounce backs are being issued for gift card purchases, you must choose to either receive the $5 bounce back card OR receive credit on your Value Passport account. Due to the high value of the $5 bounce back incentive we will not honor both at the same time. There is no expiration date on points earned.

How does it work?

For every dollar you spend on food and non-alcoholic beverages before taxes at Sizzling Platter restaurants, you'll receive one point. Points are earned on the subtotal of your purchase and for every 350 points you accrue, you'll qualify for a $25 Rewards Certificate.

There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. Points will accrue every time you dine, as long as you present your card at the time of payment. You just need to be the one paying the check.
